QR Code to access forms and data

On Administration area of LEAP, the users can get the links to launch and view data to share with other users. LEAP should generate QR Code for both link inside this area, this will help users to access the forms or send that to other users.

Since there is no Search by UUID feature please consider adding an option to expand all twisters that way the Internet browser search can be used to find by UUID.
