Currently we do not support entire site failover in Traveler HA. What we support is single URL pointing to load balancer and multiple Traveler servers in HA behind the load balancer. All should be in same LAN. If they are in different LAN and work...

Need limit a certain user for a specific device to connect traveler server

As Traveler doesn't have a functionality to limit a certain user for a specific device. For security reason, the end user lost device and do not report to company, customer wish we can achieve this feature in future release.
