RenderToRTItem should render all subforms used in a form

Currently, the RenderToRTItem method in NotesDocument class does not render subforms if the first line is hidden by a HideWhen formula. This is an unexpected behaviour.

Given the Internet of Things explosion, MQTT is widely used and it would be very useful to be able to publish and subscribe via Lotusscript which would further extend the integration to a much wider set of platforms without a direct interface.

Save View without updating Index (ie when saving action buttons or column titles)

When saving a view the index is updated, even when not needed. very slow for big views.

Reuse of components

In Notes/Domino applications you can reuse components by copy and paste and link them together with "Inherit from design template" This should be possible for Volt applications too.

Notes Client doesn't adjust its view to fit the screen when changing the OS scale other than 100% on Dual Monitors.
