Check if the document count of a database matches on both servers in a cluster

I want to check the whole environment to prevent issues and I'd like to know if there's a way to get a report from the entire cluster instead of comparing them manually.

Run Rules on Existing Mail not working

Make it possible to open multiple tabs for a single database. For example, If we opened the mail archive database once from the workspace and opening it again it re-directs us to the opened one, doesn't open the new tab.
