Verse on prim 1.0.8 mobile browser calendar disappear. Please add calendar full feature back.

After testing between vop 1.0.7 and 1.0.8. I found that calendar feature disappear.

Set default "Not do not locally encrypt" for new local databases in user ID. Many users do not need local database encryption and often cause problems when default encryption is enabled for new databases.
