Exclude nonexistent/invalid resources from xpage resource aggregation in v10, similar to how it does in R9

Fix the alarm option "Send mail notification with subject"

Enhance LS2J

Move to folder opens next mail instead of jump back to the folder view

Teamroom Database should have the members added to its ACL automatically
