Support for Microsoft Outlook NEW for Microsoft 365

Customer requirement is to have HTMO compatibility with Microsoft Outlook NEW for Microsoft 365.

Would like to be able to reserve rooms from Outlook client via HTMO.

Outlook users not being able to perform busy time lookups or book conference rooms denies them the ability to conduct essential calendar operations, leaving them with a half baked solution.

Allow Rich Text syncing including images from Drafts folder
