HCL Verse on Apple iOS device does not offer any widgets like the verse on android has separate widgets for Mail and calendar.

Verse iOS has to be SEPARATE widgets for Calendar and Mail, not the app icon. like the verse on android has separate widgets for Mail and calendar.

Automatically display the option bar when composing mails

It would be very helpful if you have the choice to automatically open the option bar when composing a new mail. I'll attach a screenshot to make clear what I mean. By now you have to "activate" the option bar every single time.
