    Remove emails from all, several DBs

    Sometimes it usually happens that malicius e-mails come in and it is necessary to delete them before the user opens them, then it would be necessary to have the possibility to delete an email by Message-ID, Subject, Body, etc.

    "Outbox" shall be lower place in Mailbox selection panel.
