"Find in" can always set to Desktop or custom location

From Notes Client, to select an attachment from "Create Attachments" window, the "Find in" will retain last path looking for. Refer the screen shot. Request: "Find in" always set to Desktop location, or set the location via parameter to customize.

Readers field and internet address

Putting an internet address in the readers field restriction will not work as expected. The reader field is working properly only for Notes addresses. Same as SPR# KTIS5VFHHS https://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21597783

There should be a setting under Alarm Notification to specify a specific date and time.
