Add monthly calendar on iPhone

iPhone user request to use monthly calendar. Monthly calendar is possible to use in Verse for Android.

Archive

Admin can set an archive criteria and run "load compact -a" to archive emails. However, archive's not accessible from VOP UI, please add menu item under "more" pointing to archive mail db pn server.

Show Sametime Awareness by default without mouse hover

In VOP you can only see the Online Awareness when you HOVER the UserPicture. This is not very efficient. Please show Online Awareness by default on all pictures.
