Add option to run Java agents in their own JVM

It is very common to use open source libs in Java agents. Some libs start their own threads and keep them running until the JVM terminates. In Domino this leads to "error cleaning up agent threads" and memory leaks.

Agent manager terminates Java agents when the configured time limit has elapsed. But hard termination of Java agents leads to hangs, instability and server crashes

Domino Designer should be a standard plugin. This way one would be able to add it to her existing Eclipse setup. Should be working on any platform that Eclipse supports.

Allow Notes Client to use connections via TLS for IMAP protocol

The new Notes Client version (v10) already allows to use connections via TLS on Notes Client for SMTP protocol. However for IMAP protocol this is not possible because the option "STARTTLS" is not available so far. Can you guys add the same options...

Enable NIFNSF in Notes Client

NIFNSF feature seems to be a good option to improve local backups by decreasing the size of the NSFfiles. It should be enabled for Notes Clients too
