    Add logging to nice.exe

    It would be quite useful if nice.exe write a log file and one could see what it found and what it did. Especially when nice.exe is called in batch mode.

    Remove opening ... in notes client

    When view index not complete build after too many document was updated or delete. So end user wait for long time to open. This is make bad experience to end user. Please increase performace of view index and replace it with lazy load.

    There is no way to stress test for iNotes. The current built-in scripts are for DWA85 only. These are out dated.
