INOTES: UNNECESSARY SAML DEBUG INFO ON SERVER CONSOLE

the following error is displayed on the server console for different users "GetSAMLNotesID(): NOT SAMLAuthenicationEnabled ".SAML ist not enabled. We have a SSO environment. Need to be removed, this error is just filling up to the console.
