Enable Sametime Mobile Client to log-in to a limited use community server

As Sametime Mobile Client is now contained in IBM Notes 10 license (limited use), it should be possible to log into to a limited use server. Currently the Sametime Client pops up a message that the server is not licensed for mobile use.
