Set Registration Policy or Setup Policy to register new users from a text file

When Domino Administrator register new users, admin user can import text file (csv file) as follows;

However,there is no parameter for set Registration Policy or Setup Policy.
Therefore, admin user must set policies on the user registration screen before importing text files.

Customers would also like an item added to the text file for user registration to set the policy to be applied, so that it can be imported by Domino Administrator.
