Database quota mail notification

This feature will enable administrator to set threshold quota and received alert email notification like mail file quota.

    Administrator or any user mail address that is set on the recipient quota alert warning

    This is for the non-mail database. They want a way to get notified when a specific database reach quota.

    So you want the user to be notified by mail that their mail is above quota ?
