Admin Central enhancement to create non-mail users

Admin Central allows junior admins to register new users from Nomad Web. However, only Mail users can be registered this way. We don't use Domino for mail.

So after registering a new user in Admin Central, a senior admin has to delete the mail file and set the Person doc to Mail System = Other. We also have to copy the Internet Address to the Other Address field. Requiring a senior admin to process every registration defeats the purpose of Admin Central.

Please enhance Admin Central to allow registering the user for Mail System = Other (no mail file) and ideally also to set additional fields in the Person document such as Other Address, Company, Department, Employee ID, Location, Office Phone.
