Display and modify replication settings like PIRC from the admin client

The PIRC setting is very helpful for preventing old documents from replicating back into a database.  The problem are:

1. It cannot be viewed anywhere except by bringing up the replication settings panel for a specific database

2.  It must be enabled by typing the compact command on the server console or it must be done by opening the replication settings and manually modifying it there.

  load compact filename -pirc on

I would like to be able to:

1.  See this value (and other replication settings) in the files panel of the admin client and

2.  Be able to modify the setting for multiple databases at one time in the admin client.  This setting could be added to the compact dialog within the Files panel in the admin client.  Select a set of databases, right-click, select Compact, enter options.  It should have the option to enable PIRC there.
