Clear entry in 'certificate expiration' view after the user has been certified

On the configuration tab, under Security > Certificates > Certificate Expiration, if you certify a user, their entry stays in the list. In addition, the 'expiration date' does not change so you're not sure if it worked. In particular, if you are certifying several people with different certs, you can't be sure that you did certify them since there's no indication that it worked.
