Reducing Adminp process threads from minimum 3 to minimum 1

By default, Domino accepts minimum 3 adminp request threads. we can not reduce the threads count to minimum 1.

Based on environment requirement, customer may want to reduce the Adminp Process threads to less than three.

In order to achieve this is it possible to reduce the default count of minimum number of thread count from 3 to 1.

    The server process 3 request at a time. so when initiating request such as Create replication, three request gets process at a time and it creates network utilization. So if user reduced it to 1 request. so one request will get process. obviously it is varies with the requirement. but minimum should be 1

    Why do you want / need to set this below 3 ? What is the rational behind this request?
