Mail Quota for specific users only

From the Quota Controls section on the Router/SMTP > Restrictions and Controls > Delivery Controls tab, the "Non deliver to originator" is defines as the Router stops delivering new messages to the mail file and returns a nondelivery message to the sender reporting that the message could not be delivered because the intended recipient's mail file was full. We are requesting for this setting to be applied only for user specific and not to all users on the server.
