HCL Support is helpless if client crashes cannot be reproducible at will. The problem is that the cause of some crashes is not always tied to end user activity. Perhaps they are tied to other operations on the workstation, maybe resource starvation or network conflicts. So clients continue to crash and HCL Support has no answer even after many months. This request is for the clients automatically record the condition of every client dependency on the operating system in order to pinpoint how the system looked at the time of the crash. Hopefully, this will lead to HCL Development being able to produce more resilient clients.
