Improve setting headers and footers when printing documents

Setting headers and footers in the form properties is very limited. A simple requirement like this

ID: xxx |SPACE_BETWEEN_LEFT_AND_CENTER| Customer: yyy |SPACE_BETWEEN_CENTER_AND_RIGHT| Page: 1 of 5

can't be set as a header right now, as you can't split up values from a document to left, center and right but only use the window title "&W" as a customized value. On top of that, if "&W" is used in header, there is no possibility to add any other item values in the footer.

It should at least be possible to use Formula Language.

It would be even better, if the header and footer could be manipulated via LotusScript before printing a document.
