designer is showing that per category design element, not for all design elements regardless type of design element. if I work on a 'feature' I often have multiple design elements that I needed to update/work on: a java class, a custom control, a property file.
you need to select a specific category to see what is modified. how many categories do you have for design elements? numerous! easy to forget a category and time-costly. just add the category name for the design element as a column to the "all design elements" view in DDE
What exactly do you mean? The Designer client is showing the last modified date + who changed it...
