Allow the color of a table cell to change based on a field value.

I would like the ability to colorize a cell based on a field value. There are so many situations for me where this could be helpful for the user.

  1. The cell color can be red to inform the user that they need to enter a value in that field. Yes, you can add a Red symbol of some type, but a red cell would be obvious.

  2. If I have a large table and the user enters a value in a cell, sometimes it's difficult to see what line the user added the data to. The leftmost description cell color can change identifying the row so it's clear that the correct row contains data.

  3. Like the referenced link above, colorizing the tab color based on "active" status would clearly identify the tab/table in use.

This is possible in the Notes client. You can set the background of a cell via Table properties > Cell Image.

You will just need a 1px image of a certain color and enter a formula to display this image (fi based on a field value). Set this image to repeat and your cell has a background color based on your @formula.
