Should reduce image size if it exceeds the width of the fixed cell

1.Create one table(such as: 2 rows & 4 columns with fixed width) in the form.
2.Create one RTF field in the first cell.
3.When one user paste one image in the RFT filed.

The width of the first cell becomes extremely large.
The width of the other cell becomes extremely small.
Even though user delete the image, these cells also could not back to the initial fixed table size.
When the image exceeds the width of the fixed cell, the size of the image should be automatically reduced. （such as: changed to 75% or 50%）
