CSV export in UTF-8 BOM format (for user registration)

It is not possible to export from a employee management notes database and import new users as csv text file with UTF-8 BOM format in the admin client. This is the REQUIRED format from HCL!

    Maybe. But we still (or already after 10 years of v9) are on v12.

    Who developed the employee management database? Developers should be able to add an export option or (even better) integrate with the new AdminCentral application contained in Domino v14: https://help.hcltechsw.com/domino/14.0.0/admin/admincentral_app.html
