Allow subforms to be individually selectable as design elements that can be restyled

If a design type is selected in "Restyle the following elements" on the third tab of the Restyle wizard, all design elements of that type are restyled.

If design elements are selected in "See advanced settings", only the selected design elements are restyled, all others are not.

If there are forms with embedded subforms, and form is selected as the design type, all forms and all subforms will be styled, but if forms are selected individually, only those forms will be styled, and all other forms and all subforms will not be styled. Currently, forms can be selected individually, but subforms cannot be selected individually, so when forms are selected individually, all subforms cannot be restyled.

Subforms should also be individually selectable as a design element that can be restyled.
