Add further options in comparedbs.ntf to only compare parts of the design

It would be nice if there were options that you can filter which design elements should be compared, so that the compare process will be faster and the results will be easier to monitor.

In particular, I would appreciate the following options:

• only compare design elements that are prevented from design updates

• only compare design elements that NOT are prevented from design updates

• only compare design elements that are inheriting their design from a different template

• only compare design elements that are NOT inheriting their design from a different template

• only compare one type of design elements (e. g. only forms, only script libraries, ...)

It would be great if the above options could be combined , e. g. option 1 with option 3 so that all design elements matching at least one of the options would be compared.
