Dialog List design overhaul

The dialog list is one of the main reasons why notes is recognized as "old".

The select icon has a really small size and is hard to hit with a mouse. It moves along when typing and isn´t really that nice to look at.

On the other hand it´s the control with the most features, like synonyms, lazy loading, type values which are not in the valid list (if needed), type ahead, preserving values if they disapear from the valid values.

It would be nice to use this control like an system control:

• Fixed width (Icon fixed at the end)

• Used Icon should be bigger, maybe even selectable in designer

• Allow use of a border around the field (with internal and external margins)

• allow a way to open the popup of this list programatically by @Command/Lotusscript
