Hide view based on user/group membership AND @Platform

I would like to hide certain views when an app is running under Nomad on a mobile device (due to limited screen size) but allow the user or group to see those views when they use a desktop computer with a larger screen and the Notes client. I have an app where one view is tailored for use on a phone and I really want only this one view to be available to users, not all the other views they have available on the desktop. Similarly the view tailored for the mobile devices should be hidden from the desktop. So basically a hide when based on @Platform.
