Source control is a must in modern development - but is doesn't work properly in Lotus Notes
That video is really old. a lot has changed. Swiper should be integrated. Although headless designer has been published about by Jesse gallegher, (NSF ODP Tooling), the solution is not complete or easy to use.
I would bring it a step further and provide a complete CICD chain for development. I want to create / update NSF's from code.
Is that good enough ? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wl_6LCkopMI
Can you elaborate more on what is your particular pain point about source control ? I agree that there are various minor defect that need to be ironed out but most part work as they are supposed to.
As for documentation, I think that the community can help in this area. There use to be a blog / website about source control in Notes / Domino but I could not find it anymore. Perhaps something similar can be setup ?
