Behaviour of "Prohibit Design refresh..." for new Views

This was introduced a while back, but before that it was different: now this option is enabled by default with newly created views. When you forget to disable that afterwards and you updated your app with a new template, this new view then won't be updated anymore afterwards. This is annoying and costs time to figure out why your changes didn't make it to the app.

Please set this bebaviour back to the one we had before (disabled by default), like it as in R5 I would say.
