add parameter for db.CreateCopy to remove template inheritance

if there could be a parameter to remove/blank out the "inherit design from template" when using db.CreateCopy it would help (or create a 'set' method to it in the NotesDatabase class of Lotuscript). This would benefit when using a DB as a starting point and then branching the design as well as if using an automated process to back up databases as say a 'snapshot' in time for audits or code roll back. Having the template be copied as well in all instances can set up for issues when the design task runs at 2 am to lose new development work or have "point in time" databases lose the history by being updated.
