We dont want to hide all the design, many problems from here , hard to maintain a database , to modify, to make new agents on the fly to change some documents .
YOu dont want to implement this only because you have the option to hide all ? We dont want to hide the design, we want to hide olny the document properties for Editor and lower users or to all users, is so hard to implement this feature ???
The idea si if a field is hidden i need to be hidden to end user also in "Properties" not only in the form. is so simple. Don't tell me to encrypt the field please, is a nightmare and we need a simple hide not encryption.
IF "Unlikely to implement" maybe is time to migrate to new platform over 20 years of using lotus , to a platform more flexible to end users needs.
You can hide the database design to provide this functionality.
