Add localization support to Domino Designer

As of today, building localized Domino/Notes applications is a painful experience. I've seen dozens of approaches invented by creative Notes developers, trying to overcome the lack of built-in localization support in Designer. However, none of these comes even close to the features and ease of use of modern development tools with regard to localization.

P.S.: I do know that Domino Global Workbench exists, and I've been using it for years. But let's face it, DGW is cumbersome to handle, it has many limitations, and it produces inefficient code.

    DGW, as cumbersome as it's reputation may be was doing the job and enabling to separate stuff to translate from code and elements (talking of nsf stuff, not xPages for which I have no experience). And at least it did the job until V9. It should not be rocket science to adapt the compiler to V11 and at least have a base to start with.

    DGW is not bug free to say the less. It crashes every time I try to compile a mail template. Rather frustrating.

    I would like to know if HCL use it to create the new v12 mail template.

    I would like to share a beer at Engage with the one using it at HCL.
