Add the missing NotesViewColumn properties

There are a bunch of missing properties to manipulate view columns with LotusScript.

This is very annoying because it forces to edit DXL for simple operations like setting a TOTAL.

Missing NotesViewColumn class properties are :

.isTotal

.isAveragePerDoc

.isAveragePerSubCategory

.isPercentOfParentCategory

.isPercentOfAllDocuments

They should be read/write properties, and they should exclude each other (setting isTotal to true should set the other properties to false)

    .isColor is also missing and would be very helpful. This should be read and write!
