There appears to be a bug here in the UI as well, if you set the Allow Domino Data Service in a database's property, and then leaving the properties window open click on another database to load the properties of this next database, the setting for Allow Domino Data Service will be displayed using the setting from the previous database, no matter what the setting is for the currently selected database. To set each database to use this feature you must close the properties window and then re-open it after highlighting the new database.
