Customisable right-click menu

Allow users to customise what options appear on the right click menu, similar to designing a toolbar
Keep the current options as a default, but let them add any menu or @commands they want
(So paste special could be there at last...)
 
Also add the 'copy as doclink', 'copy as table', ... functions which are under-used in my opinion because of that lack.
 
And allow cascading entries, there could be "copy as ..."
Also "Export as \ Structured Text" and "Export as \RTF"

    It would also be nice to remove everything and add actions present in the context.
    E.g. the item "Delete" should not be showed in some cases because of the logic related to the DB, but are actions can be useful.
