The Applications Navigator frame does not show any contents - except, occasionally, the icon for a application - see attached screen shot. The background goes to blue. This happens almost every day now! Nothing shows, rendering the navigation in Designer useless.
The only way I can get it back is to re-install the Notes Client. I have even tried renameing the Workspace folder and forcig Notes to rebuild it at startup.
I am using Notes 10.0.1FP2 and the latest version of Windows 10 Pro (version 1903)
