Add methods canRead, canEdit, canRemove

I'm, as a developer, want to have 3 methods in class NotesDocument.

This are:

  • Function canRead( [in_name as NotesName] ) as Boolean
  • Function canEdit( [in_name as NotesName] ) as Boolean
  • Function canRemove( [in_name as NotesName] ) as Boolean

Default value for parameter in_name is current UserName.

With this methods we can check access to document for users on server side. And it help us to create more amazing application in the future.

Of course, I'd like to have implementation of these method on Java and ServerJavaScript too

    NotesContext nctx = NotesContext.getCurrent();

    if (nctx.isDocEditable(doc)) {

    yourobject.setCanEdit(true);

    } else {

    yourobject.setCanEdit(false);

    }
