All view totals, average per document, average per subcategory etc. should have their own font dialog

If one creates in a view i.e. a financial overview with several categories where the column totals, avcerage, etc. will be displayed in the same line where the category is displayed there is no way to highlight these values. For better distinctivness displaying such a value in either bold or Italic or a even a different font color would greatly enhance readability.

Btw. If one uses columns to change colors in the view, the 1. one is not executed in the category row for the totals, counters etc. But all consecutive color columns are.
