Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Agree, would be a good idea for instance to select documents that are not in a folder (I call them orphans). Currently select on @WhichFolders = "" does not work. Not used every day, but very handy when you really need it (most troubleshooting).
This seems like a confusing request. The only real difference between a view and a folder is that a view has a selection formula which determines the documents in the view, while a folder allows any documents. If you want a selection formula, why wouldn't you just use a view? (Unless you want it as a filter, perhaps.)
