Keep order of shared columns when inserting/appending

When one inserts or appends shared columns to a view, a dialog to select the shared columns is opened.

Most of the times, the designer knows, in which order the columns should be added to the view. He could select the shared columns in exactly this order, but when they are inserted/appended, they loose this order (sorted alphabetically?). Thus the designer has to reorder the columns in an additional step, which is made more difficult, because most of the properties of the columns are hidden...
