Export and import contact details from settings option present in Sametime chat through code or batch files

Currently to export contacts from Sametime :
Click on menu options --> "Manage Contacts" --> "Export Contact list" --> "To Multi server community file".

Currently to import contacts from Sametime :

Click on menu (present at right top) --> "Manage Contacts" --> "Import Contact list" --> "From File" --> "Multi Server Community File" action.

If this import to export can be automated some way, then it wouldnot burdened user.
So, any option through script or batch can be of great help.
