Generate outline and action bar as bootstrap html instead of html table

Now an outline can be viewed on the web as an applet or html (table tr td).. Having and extra option to generate it as bootstrap compatible html would be a big improvement and modernisation as we can simply use the outline that is currently available in notes in any bootstrap setup. Now I have to do DOM manipulations to do so. The same goes for the action bar.. I also rewrite it in the browser during the loading process but it would be so much easier to just have it generate as bootstrap compatible html as well. In older applications with 100 navigation bar items you don't want to have to (re-)create outlines twice, once for notes and once for the browser. Very easy to do from the designer I would think and it would allow for very fast application modernisation making it phone compatible without an app.
