Allow sorting of columns in Debugger Variable window

I think the sorting of variables in the debugger window is be location of where it is declared. At minimum, the variables should be displayed in alphabetical order since it's difficult to find the variable you're interested in.

A better solution is to allow the ability to sort by variable name or type.
