Have the Option list be a drop-down, like Declarations

Hi

When you select a subroutine or function in an agent, the Declarations can be viewed without leaving the point in the code you're in. However, to see the list of entries in the Options sections, you have to select it, leaving the location you were just in.

(My work around is to enter an error into the body of the code that I'm in. When I'm done viewing the Options list, I can get back to the same spot by clicking the red bar that indicates the error location.)
