not 100% sure if this is what you ask, but
In every place in Notes for Lotusscript (events in views, forms, agents, buttons in forms ...) there is also an Options area
there you can add a line of codelike this one
Use "myLotusScriptLibrary"
once done you can call a sub or function from this library, just like you would do within the library
Of course the Library and the sub/function has to exist first.
Additionally:

whatever is in here is ignored
and can be multiple lines long

work in every place lotusscript works (but can not be nested)
